For real Estate Professionals:

Creating a professional profile on Landminder.com is easy. Login to your profile, change your Account Role. You can add your license number, Profile Picture, Title, Company Name, Service Area, Specialties, Bio and Social Media.

Log in to your account and click on Properties >>> Edit the property >>>  Location. Check the address first: if it does not appear where you expect, move the pin on the map.

Featured Listings receive top placement on the search result page and receive 165% more views than regular listings. Additionally, featured listings display at the main page.

It’s free to create a profile. You can create your listing on the website to receive leads from the website. If you want more exposure, you can advertise the property as a Featured Listing. The price per listing depends on how many total inquiries there are on the website over 24 hours. The final price will appear on the checkout page. The advertisement fee is non refundable.

When a buyer is interested in your listing, you will be contacted through the website form, which is delivered to the  registered email address or a phone number on your profile.
